Constantina Constantopoulou is an ELT professional with experience across educational levels and contexts. For over a decade, she has been working in teacher education and professional development with national and internation organisations. She holds a BA, a MEd, and an MSc., and her articles have been featured in ELT/TESOL publications.
“The Inclusive Garden: Seeds and Soil”
Workshop Summary
Inclusion isn’t a checklist – it’s a living environment we tend together. This interactive session uses the garden as a frame for honest conversations about learner diversity, classroom conditions, and the educators who make growth possible. Because seeds matter. But so does the soil. And you can’t have a healthy garden if the gardener is depleted.
