“The “WRITE” Stuff!”
Summary: This presentation will showcase strategies to enhance writing skills and boost confidence in both primary and high school students. Activities such as story games, sensory-based exercises, and picture prompts will engage younger students, while high school students will explore narrative, poetry, and comics using tools like storyboards and maps. Attendees will gain a toolkit to foster creativity and improve writing proficiency.
Sara Soulou is the Head of the English Department for Primary and Kindergarten with 20 years of EFL teaching experience, her expertise lies in innovative methods such as technology integration, project-based learning, and hands-on activities. With a background as a teacher trainer and presenter at TESOL Greece, she has designed award-winning projects, and led recognized projects like Storytelling, Literature, and Writing through Art.
