Dear TESOL Greece members,
We’re happy to be sharing journal issue #158 with you. As ever, the current journal issue (along with all past issues) is also available for viewing through the members’ area of our website.
We are also excited about publishing the Issue following the 45th Annual Convention which was held in-person for the first time after the days of pandemic. Thus, don’t worry if you couldn’t make it to the event as you’ll read about its highlights from the plenary talks.
We are delighted to share four more articles on language teaching practices and recent trends. We have Vasiliki Lismani on her presentation about Translanguaging; Sarah Smith with her innovative ideas on latest trends from IATEFL 2023; George Kokolas on teacher motivation; and Carlos Lindade on possible ways of using ChatGPT in language teaching process.
In this Issue, you’ll meet the new board members. Also, please, don’t forget to check the dates and mark your calendars for the upcoming TESOL Greece Events in 2023-2024 term.
The journal is distributed freely as a part of your TESOL Greece membership and is a vital way to keep up to date on trends, issues, projects, and helpful ideas from colleagues near and far. Your ideas and experiences are also welcome! For more information about sending an article, please see the article submission guidelines in the journal, or on our webpage, and send your ideas and articles for review to journal.tesolgreece@gmail.com
On behalf of the TESOL Greece Board,
