This event marks the return of TESOL Greece to face-to-face events since the beginning of the COVID pandemic. We have made every effort to make it a special one by welcoming distinguished speakers who represent the participating teacher associations with presentations covering a wide range of topics: Annie Altamirano (TESOL Spain)\, Petra Blajić (HUPE)\, Yvonne Chappell (TESOL France)\, Letizia Cinganotto (TESOL Italy)\, Dr. Michael Dekel (ETAI)\, Dr. Luke Prodromou (TESOL Greece)\, Sophia Mavridi (TESOL Greece) and Daniel Xerri (ELT Council Malta). \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The talks will take place in the mornings\, on Saturday the 2nd and Sunday the 3rd of July at the Akali hotel and the symposium will comprise a rich social programme which aims to give to attendees a taste of the Cretan culture. She holds a PhD in synchronic\, diachronic and applied Linguistics. She is a member of different working groups and scientific committees on CLIL and language learning and teaching both at national and international level. She has presented papers at national and international conferences and published articles and chapters in peer-reviewed journals and five volumes on CLIL.
