John Arnold, the current president of BELTA (Belgian English Language Teachers Association), has been a teacher trainer, Business English teacher, and English for Special Purposes teacher at Thomas More University College in Mechelen for 9 years.  Before that, he taught in New York City. His works fuses technology, assessment and differentiation into seamless classroom experiences.

Zafi Mandali

Zafi Mandali  has been  the director of the  Department of English of a private school in Athens for two decades. She  has  worked with children of all ages on various English projects inspiring and instilling confidence and self-esteem. She has given a number or presentations, published a number of articles  and has authored “English Grammar Exerciser”(books 1 and 2), “Absolute Must in Composition writing” (books 1 and 2) and “FCE training”, Ellinogermaniki Agogi publications. She holds a BA in English Language and Literature from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an M.A. in Applied Linguistics, University of Essex. Her soft point is storytelling in education.

Nik Peachey

Nik Peachey is a freelance teacher trainer, materials writer, blogger and course developer specialising in digital publishing and the development of digital resources for teachers. He has been involved in English language teaching since 1992 and has worked all over the world as a teacher, trainer and project manager. In 2016 after winning the British Council ELTon award for Innovations in Teacher Resources he co-founded PeacheyPublications.com. He is based in the UK but is a regular international conference speaker. His books include:

 

 Dina Tsagari

Dina Tsagari is Professor Professor in English Language Pedagogy/TESOL, Department of Primary and Secondary Teacher Education, Faculty of Education and International Studies, Oslo and Akershus University College of Applied Sciences (HiOA), Oslo, Norway. Her main research interests are language testing and assessment, teaching/learning, learning difficulties, teacher training and materials design/evaluation. She has taught and conducted research in Hong Kong, Cyprus, and Greece, and various European countries. Dina is the author and editor of several volumes, journal papers, and book chapters. She is also the coordinator of the Classroom-based Language Assessment SIG - EALTA, and is currently coordinating research projects in second language assessment literacy, validity in high-stakes tests and authentic language acquisition in multilingual contexts.

Judy Boyle is a teacher, teacher trainer and ELT author. She is also the Founder of The NO Project, an award-winning anti-trafficking educational campaign.

 

Chryssanthe Sotiriou

Chryssanthe Sotiriou is English Coordinator at Doukas High School. She has been involved in numerous research programs including "Digital School", Greek Ministry of Education and the European project "School on the Cloud'. She is particularly interested in PBL, flipped  learning and cloud technologies. in education.
